Admissions Requirements

Students should have at least 3.0 high school cumulative GPA.
Must score appropriately on ACCUPLACER/ACT, see individual degrees for requirements.
Attendance records are positive (95% attendance rate).
Positive recommendation from a high school counselor on the Guidance Counselor Form.
Positive recommendation following an interview with the College-NOW Director/Coordinator.
A grade of “C” or better in Algebra I and Geometry, or equivalent mathematics courses.
A grade of “C” or better in Earth Science and Biology, or equivalent science courses.
No barriers exist in meeting high school graduation requirements.
No documented pattern of behavior or discipline problems.
Junior class standing at the time of program entrance.
Students must be able to provide own transportation. No busing will be available.
